What Brizka is

Brizka is a Chrome extension that uses AI to summarize the YouTube video you're watching. You get a short overview and key points with clickable timestamps, right beside the player, in 16 languages. Brizka reads the video's captions, so the video needs captions (auto-generated ones count). Live streams aren't supported.

Brizka is free to use, with daily limits. Brizka Pro is an optional paid plan for people who summarize many videos, or long ones.

Free and Pro

Daily counts reset at midnight UTC. A shared summary is one that someone already asked for: the same video, with the same settings. You get it straight away, on either plan.

Pro's 50 new summaries a day is a fair-use cap. Pro is for one person's own use, not for automated or bulk use (see Fair use in our Terms of Use).

Prices

Prices include VAT, or a similar tax, where your country expects prices with tax included, such as in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Brazil. In the United States and Canada, sales tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you live. Paddle, our reseller, works out the tax for your country.

Before you pay, Paddle's checkout shows the exact amount, its currency and any tax. In the extension, Brizka shows the prices Paddle quotes for your country.

Renewal and cancellation

• Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the same price, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time: choose "Manage subscription" in Brizka (in its toolbar popup, or in Settings under Account), use the link in any email from Paddle about your subscription, or go to paddle.net.
• After you cancel, you aren't charged again. Pro stays until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account goes back to the free plan.
• Uninstalling Brizka doesn't cancel your subscription.
• If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.
• Where the law requires it, Paddle emails you before a yearly subscription renews.

Refunds

If Pro isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. You get the full amount back, for any reason. This applies to your first Pro subscription, once per account. Renewal payments aren't refunded, unless the law requires it or something went wrong on our side. Your legal rights, such as the right to withdraw within 14 days in the European Union, aren't affected, and apply to every new subscription.

Who sells Pro

Paddle.com is our online reseller and merchant of record. When you buy Pro, you buy it from Paddle. Paddle takes the payment, charges the right tax, and emails you the receipt and invoices. Paddle also handles refunds. Charges appear on your card statement as PADDLE.NET* BRIZKA.

Brizka itself is provided by Karma Kai Design Studio, Unipessoal Lda., under our Terms of Use. We never see your full card number, and we don't store any payment details.

How to buy Pro

You buy Pro in the Brizka extension:

1. Install Brizka in Chrome (see the home page).
2. Sign in with your email address. You'll find Account in Brizka's toolbar popup and in its Settings.
3. Choose "Get Pro", then monthly or yearly.
4. Brizka opens Paddle's secure checkout on brizka.com. You pay there.
5. Pro turns on in Brizka, usually within a minute.
