Write to support@brizka.com. If it's about a summary, include the link to the video and the summary language you chose.

Which videos work?
- Videos with captions. Brizka reads a video's captions to summarize it. Captions that YouTube generates automatically count, so most videos with speech work. A video without any captions can't be summarized.
- Up to 45 minutes long.
- Not live streams. A stream can't be summarized while it's live or before it starts. Come back once it has ended.
How many summaries are free?
- Your first 2 summaries work without an account.
- After that, sign in with your email address for 3 new summaries a day, free. There's no password: we email you a one-time code.
- The daily count resets at midnight UTC.
- Without an account, one network (IP address) can get up to 6 new summaries a day, so on a shared connection you may be asked to sign in sooner.
Do shared summaries count?
No. If someone already summarized the same video with the same settings, you get that summary straight away and it doesn't count toward your limit. Brizka labels it "Shared summary, free".
I don't see the Brizka card
- Reload YouTube tabs that were open before you installed Brizka. Brizka can only join a YouTube page that loads after it is installed. Press F5 in the tab (⌘R on a Mac).
- The card appears beside the player on a video page, or under it in narrow windows.
- You can also start a summary from the Brizka button in Chrome's toolbar, or with the shortcut Alt+Shift+S (Option+Shift+S on a Mac).
I didn't get the sign-in code
- The code comes by email from login@brizka.com.
- If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, and mark the email as not spam so the next one arrives normally.
- Check that the email address is spelled correctly, then use "Send a new code" in Brizka.
- If Brizka says "Couldn't sign in", or codes stopped arriving after you marked one of our emails as spam, the service that sends our emails may have stopped sending to your address (see How long we keep data). Write to support@brizka.com from that address and we'll remove the block.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@brizka.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete your account and its usage records within one month (see Your rights in the privacy policy).
Signing out in Brizka only signs you out of that browser. It doesn't delete your account. Uninstalling Brizka removes everything it keeps on your computer.
