Brizka Refund Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Também disponível em português europeu: Política de Reembolsos do Brizka

This policy covers Brizka Pro, the paid plan of Brizka. Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, and Paddle makes all refunds. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

14-day refund on your first subscription

If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, whether you pay monthly or yearly. You get the full amount back, including tax, for any reason. You don't need to explain why.

This refund is for your first Pro subscription: you can get it once per account. If you subscribe again later, you still have all your legal rights (see Your legal right to withdraw).

The 14 days start on the date of the payment shown on your receipt from Paddle. With the refund, your subscription is cancelled and Pro stops straight away. Your account goes back to the free plan.

How to ask for a refund

  • At paddle.net: find your order with the email address you paid with, and ask for a refund there.
  • With the help link in your receipt email from Paddle.
  • By email: write to support@brizka.com from your Brizka account's email address. We'll ask Paddle to refund you.

Renewals

Each payment after the first, when your subscription renews, is a renewal. Renewal payments aren't refunded, except:

  • where the law gives you a right to a refund, for example the new 14-day period to cancel that consumers in the United Kingdom get after a yearly subscription renews;
  • where something went wrong on our side, for example you were charged by mistake, or Pro didn't work and we couldn't fix it.

To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date (see How to cancel). Pro stays until then.

Your legal right to withdraw

This policy adds to the rights the law gives you. It doesn't take any of them away.

European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom. As a consumer, you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the withdrawal button in Paddle's customer portal (open it with "Manage subscription" in Brizka, or from Paddle's emails), ask at paddle.net, or send any clear statement, such as an email to support@brizka.com. You don't need to use a particular form. On your first Pro subscription, our 14-day refund gives you the full amount back, even if you have already used Pro. On a later subscription, the refund follows the law, which can let the seller keep an amount for the days you already used Pro.

Brazil. Under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (art. 49), you can withdraw within 7 days of your purchase and get back everything you paid. You can do it online, the same way you bought: in Paddle's customer portal, at paddle.net, or by email to support@brizka.com.

Other countries. You get our 14-day refund on your first Pro subscription, plus any rights your local law gives you.

The right to withdraw applies each time you start a new subscription. It covers the first payment, not renewals, except where the law says otherwise.

How to cancel

Cancelling stops future payments. You can cancel at any time:

  • in Brizka: choose "Manage subscription" (in the toolbar popup, or in Settings under Account);
  • with the link in any email from Paddle about your subscription;
  • at paddle.net.

After you cancel, Pro stays until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account goes back to the free plan. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period by itself. To get money back as well, see 14-day refund on your first subscription and Your legal right to withdraw. Uninstalling Brizka doesn't cancel your subscription.

How refunds are paid

Paddle pays every refund, to the payment method you used (for example, the same card). Paddle sends the refund within 14 days of approving it, or within 14 days of your request if you withdraw under the law. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. A full refund includes the tax you paid.

If a payment is refunded in full, or your bank reverses it (a chargeback), the subscription is cancelled and Pro stops straight away.

Charges on your statement

Payments for Brizka Pro, and their refunds, appear on your card statement as PADDLE.NET* BRIZKA. If you pay with PayPal, they appear as PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET. Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment.

If you don't recognize a charge, write to us or to Paddle before you dispute it with your bank. We can usually sort it out quickly.
